As a club we've always measured success by our players selection for representative honours rather than simply winning trophies. We really want the players to reach their potential and play at the highest levels. It is therefore really pleasing to see Rian selected for the London Broncos Academy.

Rian joined the club as an eight year old and has progressed through the player pathway system down here in the South by playing Community RL, selection for London Origin and then entering the London Broncos Scholarship Programme. Additionally Rian was voted U12's London RL Man of Steel runner-up before winning the title the following year in the U13's age group.

Rian now joins another Eel Caley Gray in the Academy system with one other, Luca Valentini currently on a trial. The most exciting thing for the club is the number of other Brentwood players now coming through the ranks.
