Having seen Caley train on a weekly basis at the Broncos, it's clear these opportunities don't come about by chance, hard work, commitment & real passion for the game, are three of the main ingredients needed, of which Caley had in abundance.

After two years in the London Broncos Scholarship, Caley Gray who played his junior Rugby League with the Brentwood Eels, was awarded a place in the Broncos U19 Academy.

Caley's first season with the U19s has been very successful, competing against Super League academies, the Broncos U19s have more than held their own, recording famous victories against some big clubs, including the Wigan Warriors & the Leeds Rhinos.

This success & player development lead by U19s Head Coach & Bradford Bulls legend Jamie Langley hasn't gone unnoticed, with Caley Gray being called up, to play at the next level, with the Scotland Rugby League U19 national squad.
